We want you to love your Lulupurest purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
- If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
